I will advise the Released Time volunteers regarding health issues which may impact my child while in their care:
Released Time Christian Education occasionally photographs the children in the program. Their pictures maybe used in our: annual newsletter, brochure, website or social media. At times, the children’s first names and comments may also be included. If you agree to allow your child to be included in pictures, please do so by circling the “I Agree”. Photographs will be used solely in the promotion of the Released Time program.
I hereby give permission for my child to be released from class to attend the Released Time Christian Education (RTCE) Bible class. Classes begin September 30, 2024 and end April 25, 2025. The Released Time Christian Education teacher will be in contact with each parent to provide the details for classes at each school.

Informaré a los voluntarios de Released Time sobre los problemas de salud que pueden afectar a mi hijo mientras esté bajo su cuidado:
Released Time Christian Education ocasionalmente fotografía a los niños en el programa. Su fotografía se puede ser utilizado en nuestro: boletín anual, folleto, sitio web o redes sociales. En ocasiones, también se pueden incluir los nombres y comentarios de los niños.Si acepta permitir que su hijo sea incluido en las imágenes, marque "Acepto" caja. Las fotografías se usarán
únicamente en la promoción del programa Tiempo Liberado.
En caso de una emergencia extrema del campus, y para garantizar la seguridad de los estudiantes, el autobús RTCE puede ser conducido a la ubicación más cercana de policía / sheriff o estación de bomberos. Cuando la emergencia del campus haya vuelto a la normalidad, el personal de la oficina escolar notificará al conductor del autobús y devolverá a los estudiantes a la escuela. Los estudiantes serán sacados de RTCE y el personal de la oficina de la escuela dirigirá a los estudiantes y padres "las escuelas fuera del sitio de evacuación del campus". He leído y completado la información anterior y, con mi permiso por escrito, acepto que mi hijo participe en el Programa de Educación Cristiana Liberado.
